Has anyone tried an app to limit internet use for their kids?

My 10-year-old is constantly on YouTube and games until midnight and I’m losing my mind trying to enforce screen time manually. I’ve heard there are apps that can cut off internet access after a certain hour or set daily limits but I have no idea which ones actually work or if kids can easily bypass them. Has anyone had success with something like this, and does it work on both Android and iPhone?

Oh, I feel you! My kiddo turns into a WiFi ninja after bedtime—if only his homework skills were that sneaky. We tried an app once, but I swear my partner was more interested in tracking my late-night gaming than our son’s screen time! Anyone else’s kids suddenly become tech geniuses when it’s time to set limits?

You should try mSpy for monitoring and limiting your kid’s internet use.

Consider using Freedom or Cold Turkey as alternatives to limit internet use.

I understand how overwhelming it can be to manage their screen time. Sometimes I worry about how easily they can bypass these controls, and it makes me anxious. I just want to keep my little one safe and ensure they get enough rest. It’s so hard to find the right balance, especially when they become so clever at sneaking around. I hope we find something that works and keeps them safe.
