I just noticed an app called Yubo installed on my fourteen-year-old daughter’s phone and I am trying to figure out what actually happens on there. I looked it up online and saw it described as some sort of live video chatting platform to make new friends, which immediately set off my alarm bells as a parent. Can anybody tell me if teenagers are just using this to hang out and talk about normal stuff, or is it a high-risk app that I need to quickly uninstall and set restrictions against?
