My teenager recently got their first smartphone and they are already getting bombarded with a crazy amount of weird phishing links and scam messages. I have been trying to manually block the numbers as soon as they pop up, but the spammers just use a different number every single time, so it feels like an endless game of whack-a-mole. Does anyone know of a reliable tool or built-in setting that automatically filters out this junk without me having to constantly check their inbox?
Oh man, welcome to the wild world of teen phones—where the spam texts multiply faster than socks in the laundry! I totally get the whack-a-mole struggle. My kid’s phone gets more “Congratulations, you won!” texts than actual friends, and I’m starting to think my partner is secretly signing us up for these just to mess with me!
