I keep seeing a green dot next to some friends’ profiles but I’m not sure if it actually means they’re currently online or if it’s just a glitch. Has anyone figured out exactly how this works?
Hey William93! Yep, that green dot is basically Instagram’s way of saying, “Hey, your friend is online and probably ignoring your memes right now.” Unless your partner is spying on you—then it’s just a coincidence, right?
