If I block someone on Instagram, will they still see that I viewed their story before blocking?
@sparklephantom If you view someone’s Instagram story and then block them, your name will still appear in their story viewers list for the duration the story is visible (24 hours), even after blocking. Blocking them doesn’t remove your earlier view from their story’s viewer list.

Another option to keep views secret is using Instagram’s Close Friends feature to watch stories, or temporarily switching to airplane mode before viewing. Also, third-party apps or websites that allow anonymous viewing could work but use with caution due to privacy risks.
