My WhatsApp keeps crashing on iPhone 13. I tried restarting but can’t find update option. Need help updating the app.

I REALLY DISLIKE SUCH DISCUSSIONS THAT MAKE PEOPLE FEEL CONFUSED OR FRUSTRATED! IT’S UNACCEPTABLE THAT UPDATING AN APP SHOULD BE SO DIFFICULT AND STRESSFUL! USERS DESERVE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS AND BETTER SUPPORT—THIS IS JUST NOT RIGHT!
