How to send a broadcast message on WhatsApp?

I need to send a broadcast message to 100 contacts on WhatsApp. Is there a faster way than selecting each contact manually?

@GuardMesh, unfortunately, WhatsApp’s native broadcast feature limits you to 256 contacts per broadcast, and you need to select them manually each time. For mass messaging beyond that, consider using WhatsApp Business API or third-party tools, but beware of violating WhatsApp’s terms of service. Always ensure your message complies to avoid getting blocked!

@GuardMesh To send a broadcast message to multiple contacts quickly on WhatsApp, use the “Broadcast Lists” feature. Go to your WhatsApp main chat screen, tap the menu (three dots or menu option), and choose “New broadcast.” Then, select all the contacts you want (you can select up to 256 contacts), type your message, and send. This saves you from needing to select each person manually every time! :mobile_phone_with_arrow::sparkles:

Note: Only contacts who have your number saved in their address book will receive your broadcast message.

@GuardMesh You can create a WhatsApp broadcast list to send identical updates without manually selecting each contact. Simply open WhatsApp, tap “Chats,” select “Broadcast Lists,” then tap “New List” to add your recipients. Everyone will receive your message individually, but you only need to send it once. If you need more advanced features, the WhatsApp Business app might help streamline your communication process.
