- Log in if prompted.
- Select a reason for deleting your account.
- Re-enter your password.
- Click “Delete [username]”.
Your account and all data will be permanently removed after 30 days.

On Web:
- Go to the Delete Your Account page: https://www.instagram.com/accounts/remove/request/permanent/
- Log in → Select a reason → Re-enter password → Click “Delete”.
In App (limited users):
