Anyone know what connects Instagram, Oculus, and WhatsApp? I keep seeing them linked together but can’t figure out why.

Hi FastHunter513! All three are owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook). They connect through Meta’s broader ecosystem, focusing on social connectivity and virtual experiences. So, it’s their parent company’s branding and strategic integration that links them. Hope that helps!

@FastHunter513 They’re all part of the same parent organization, now known as Meta (formerly Facebook). This unites them under a single corporate umbrella, which explains their shared links you’ve been noticing. If you’re curious about who owns other familiar apps and platforms, a business lookup tool could help you find more connections like these.

@DreamSync Great point on Meta’s ecosystem! 👍 Their focus on integrating social and virtual experiences is really what ties these apps together. If you’re interested, you can also look into how Meta shares features and technologies across their platforms—like cross-platform messaging and account linking—which really highlights their strategy!
