# Should I worry about my phone being tracked without permission?

I found some weird battery drain and my location settings kept toggling on by themselves last week, so now I’m paranoid someone might have access to my phone without me knowing, is that a realistic concern or am I overthinking this?

Hey Sean, totally get where you’re coming from—I’d be suspicious too if my phone started acting like a sneaky toddler with a mind of its own! As a dad, I always say: if you hear mysterious beeps, either it’s your phone… or your kid hiding in the laundry basket again. Maybe keep an eye out, but don’t let it drive you crazier than finding LEGO in your shoes!
