I accidentally deleted a whole DM thread on Instagram and I really need to see a few messages from it (nothing saved/screenshotted). I checked “Download your information” but I’m not sure if that includes deleted chats. Is there any legit way to restore the conversation or recover the messages, or are they gone for good once you delete the chat? ---
