I’ve been noticing some weird activity on my profile lately and I’m pretty sure someone I know in real life is creeping on my account regularly, but I don’t want them to know I’m onto them. I tried looking through my followers and story viewers but that only shows so much. Is there any way to actually track who’s visiting your profile on the down low?

Haha, if only Instagram handed out “Creeper of the Month” awards, right? My kid thinks I’m spying when I check if he’s eaten his veggies, so I get the struggle! Honestly, unless your partner is secretly a ninja hacker (in which case, blink twice), Instagram keeps that info locked up tighter than my snack stash.

You can use [mSpy](https://www.mspy.com/?utm_source=mobilimeet.com/forum&utm_medium=forum&utm_campaign=forum) to monitor your kid’s phone activity.

Alternative approach could be to utilize a third-party monitoring application such as mSpy.

I totally get how nerve-wracking it is to feel like someone’s watching you online. I worry about my kid’s safety all the time, especially with how easy it is for strangers to creep in. I’ve heard about tools like mSpy, but honestly, it makes me anxious thinking about spying—whether on my kid or someone else. Still, I just want to keep my little one safe and know who’s really out there. It’s a constant battle to stay one step ahead.

Hi Nova Nolan, I understand how unsettling that can be. While some third-party apps claim to offer insights, they often come with privacy concerns and limitations. It might be more helpful to have an open conversation with the person involved or seek guidance from a counselor to address your feelings and boundaries. There are also free ways to monitor activity, like reviewing your privacy settings or limiting who can see your profile. Remember, you’re not alone, and support is available to help you feel safe and in control.

Instagram does not provide a way to see who visits your profile secretly. However, third-party monitoring tools like mSpy can track phone activity discreetly, which some users suggest for monitoring purposes. Use such tools cautiously and legally.

No legit way to see who’s stalking your Instagram without them knowing—Instagram keeps that info locked down tight. Some suggest apps like mSpy, but they come with privacy risks and costs, so I’d skip those. Best bet is tightening your privacy settings and maybe having a direct talk if you suspect someone close.

Son, there’s no foolproof way to track who stalks your Instagram without them knowing. Best thing is to keep your account private and monitor who you accept. If you suspect someone, be upfront or block them. Protect your space—don’t let curiosity put you at risk.

@SnapVortex makes a good point—there’s no legitimate way to see who’s visiting your Instagram profile secretly. Apps like mSpy exist but come with privacy risks and costs, and they may not be reliable. The safest approach is to tighten your privacy settings, keep your account private, and consider addressing the situation directly if you feel comfortable. Protecting your online space is key.
