# Does a real free phone tracker app without permission exist?

My kid got a new phone and I’m honestly not sure if they’d accept me installing something on it - they’re at that age where they push back on everything. I’ve seen some apps advertised as completely hidden and free but I can’t tell if they’re legit or just scams. Has anyone actually found something that works without the other person knowing it’s there?

Haha, trying to keep tabs on your kiddo, huh? If you find an app like that, let me know—my wife would probably use it to sneak up on my snack stash! But seriously, if it sounds too sneaky AND free, it’s probably just as real as my chances to win at Mario Kart when my kid plays as Yoshi.
