Can I try Mobilimeet for free?

Yes, Mobilimeet is free to get started with. You sign up for a free 30 day trial here. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you want during the trial period.

Can I change the agenda and add or replace documents after a meeting invitation is sent?

Any participant in a meeting can make changes to the agenda, add or subtract documents, write messages and more at anytime. Mobilimeet is built to help everyone in a meeting to get more engaged and collaborate closer with each other, all the way from planning a meeting to following-up.

Do I need to inform participants of changes that I make to any meeting details, supporting materials etc. in a scheduled meeting?

Not to worry, all changes are synchronized and made instantly to ensure that everyone is kept up to date at all times.

How do people I invite to a meeting receive an invitation?

Participants receive your invitation via email. The email informs them of the time and date for the meeting and how to proceed to access the meeting. The meeting is also listed in their meeting list, i.e. timeline, in Mobilimeet and by opening the meeting it’s possible to see all the details of the meeting as well as to respond whether you’ll be attending or not.

Is there a limit to the number of meetings I can create?

Have as many meetings as you like! There are no limitations to the number of meetings you can create with Mobilimeet.

Can I invite as many participants as I like?

Yes, you sure can. Mobilimeet offers you the possibility to set up meetings of both various types and sizes.

How will I know when a participant has accepted an invitation?

You can keep track of a response to an invitation in the meeting, where an indication is presented as to whether a participant will be attending, not attending or if it’s undecided.

Can I access past meetings?

Absolutely. Mobilimeet enables you to store and access old meetings with all content included, so you can revisit them at anytime to simplify planning of new meetings.

How can I use Mobilimeet on my smartphone or tablet?

Mobilimeet works with any device – computer/laptop, smartphone and tablet. Simply sign-in using your smartphone’s or tablet’s web browser. We recommend you use the functionality provided by your smartphone/tablet to create a shortcut on your home screen to Mobilimeet. This will allow you quicker and easier access. We are constantly looking for more ways to enhance the user experience and offer other Mobilimeet apps, so stay tuned!

You can access your account settings in the top right hand corner of the app by clicking on your user name.

Billing and Invoicing

Do I have to pay for people outside of my team that I set up meetings with?

No, you only pay for the members of your team.

Security and Privacy

How is data protected within Mobilimeet?

Mobilimeet uses encryption for all communication (SSL) and all API calls are authenticated. Passwords are always encrypted in storage (PBKDF2). Documents storage is handled by either Dropbox, which means SSL transfers and AES-256 bit file encryption, or by Amazon AWS.
